Edit Reports

What is this screen?

This is your report dashboard. It shows every report you've created across all clients and lets you edit coverage, generate or re-generate reports, track draft vs published status, and quickly find what you need.

Understanding the Layout

  • New Report Button — Click New Report to create a fresh report from this screen
  • Filter by Client — Use the dropdown to view reports for one specific client or focus during a single-account work session
  • Search Bar — Search by report title or date. The list updates instantly to match your query
  • Report Stats Bar — See total number of reports and how many are marked as Published

What Does Each Action Do?

  • Edit Coverage — Fix missing article details, update incorrect titles or dates, add or remove placements, sort or filter coverage. This is your QA stage
  • Generate Report — Format your coverage, apply branding, and prepare your client-ready report. You can regenerate anytime after making edits

Report Status: Draft vs Published

  • Draft — You've created the report but haven't generated it yet
  • Published — You've generated the report at least once

Draft doesn't mean incomplete — it just means not yet generated.

Delete Report

Click the trash icon to permanently remove a report. Use with caution. This cannot be undone.
